Marketing Campaign

Kimpton Creative was commissioned to market The Point, 47,354 sq ft of available commercial office development for property developer Tishman Speyer. This is our second project for the developer. The Point building is situated on the Paddington Basin, has a distinctive shape and is in close proximity to the Paddington transport hub. At the start of our Marketing campaign project, we held a workshop to establish important messages to convey The Point to key stakeholders, and used these to guide our project.

Kimpton created a new logo, mirroring the shape of the building while the communication collateral featured key messages. One of the essential components of the brief was to help sell Paddington as an area; and show it as a vibrant neighbourhood. To do this, we used stylised illustrations to highlight the history, amenities and the activities in the area, as well as large typographical elements to highlight the key messages.

The marketing campaign for The Point was to promote the three office floors that were vacant and others due to be vacant. The resulting campaign comprised a fully responsive website, environmental graphics, brochure, flyers and an HTML email.
