Brand identity and website

Nichols is a headhunting agency operating around the world, finding the best talent in senior executive roles for global businesses within the consumer goods and healthcare sectors. Their great skill is in pinpointing talent and in guiding the talent to the right destination.

With this in mind, we used the Nichols N as North and a compass pointer within the negative space to symbolise guiding and pinpointing with accuracy. Continuing the theme the reverse of stationery uses longitude and latitude co-ordinates to illustrate the reach of their global operations. The website leads you on a journey navigating through the site, telling their story in a logical sequence. We also designed a series of Forum articles for the Nichols app.
